How long does shipping take?
The processing time for orders is 2-4 working days. Kindly allow for a window of 1-2 weeks for items to arrive. All spree items are shipped out within 3 working days of arrival.
Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition releases, this time may vary. Delivery time after that depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Thank you for your patience!

Self Collection Locations: Serangoon, Bishan, Paya Lebar, and Botanic Gardens.
+ SELF COLLECTION
All orders above $60 are eligible for 1 attempt at self collection, and orders above $120 are eligible for 2. After which, items will be mailed out according to the shipping address and mailing option chosen at checkout.
All self collections will strictly be arranged via our self collection form at checkout. Simply fill in at least 3 available time slots (within the next 2 weeks), your contact information, and choose your preferred location. We will contact you thereafter to confirm the collection.
+ URGENT COLLECTIONS
Should you need an item urgently, you may enquire regarding our available collection slots on Carousell (@smashingcosmetics) before placing an order. Meetups are arranged on a first come first served basis at our convenience, and slots are reserved for confirmed orders only. If there isn't a slot available, kindly select the express delivery option instead. Thank you!

+ CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Please know that we do try to adhere to each country's individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products into your country, it is up to you to double check your country's import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs cannot be refunded.
+ DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that depending on your order amount and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Smashing Cosmetics cannot accept liability.
We do not collect taxes and duties during checkout and therefore you are responsible for paying these if you are required. If you have questions regarding how/when duties and taxes are charged, we advise contacting your Customs office directly.
+ INCORRECT ADDRESS
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order.
If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only.
+ PACKAGE LOSS
Although it is rare for international orders to get lost or delayed, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you chose, international orders can take up to 35 business days to clear customs.
An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 35 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until 35 business days period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at firstname.lastname@example.org and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of date of purchase.
Depending on your location, courier selection, and any history of similar problems, we’ll work to help resolve this issue. Orders that have not been reported within 60 calendar days will not be eligible for refund.
+ RETURNED ITEMS
If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as : Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Denied Entry by Customs, or Prohibited/Banned items, only once the parcel arrives back to us will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost be issued.
You may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to us in an undamaged and resalable condition, we cannot issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; full shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Please be aware that all shipping rates listed are discounted rates, full shipping costs are higher.
Smashing Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products.
In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. As Smashing Cosmetics is a Singapore based company, we bill all our customers who use a debit or credit card in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and allow the customer's card issuing company to process the conversion. By ordering from Smashing Cosmetics, you agree to our policies above.
Smashing Cosmetics reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
Do you do returns & exchanges?
As we operate on an order basis, we are unable to accept local returns or do exchanges. International returns apply to the conditions listed in the policies above. All items undergo checks before they are packaged and shipped.
+ DAMAGED ITEMS
Should items get damaged during shipping, a partial or full refund may be provided depending on the extent of damage and mailing option chosen. Only options with full tracking are eligible for refunds.
We regret that we are unable to entertain refund requests made more than 14 working days after receipt of items.
If your item is damaged and qualifies for a refund, kindly send a refund request to email@example.com, with the original invoice forwarded, and pictures of the damaged item attached.
Do allow us 2-5 working days to review your refund request. Thereafter, depending on your mode of payment, it might take approximately 7-21 business days for the refund to be processed.
